International Cycling Week

The climate is still mild enough in the Balearic Islands for them to celebrate International Cycling Week until the end of this month. The celebration originally came into being as a way of getting to know the “Pitiüses” (”Pine Islands” - the name commonly given to Ibiza and Formentera) through cycling tours. Its success has allowed a number of other activities to arise around it including road and BTT trail cycle-tourism, kids events, triathlons and even a costume party.
