Fuerteventura - Kite Festival

Kids and adults alike will love the The Fuerteventura Kite Festival at La Playa del Burro which attracts flyers from around the world to take advantage of the strong Atlantic Trade winds. Sunday is the best day for families to visit when some 150 kites are given to children to have a go culminating in the exhilarating kite combat - a spectacular aerial war that ends when the first kite falls.
