Lanzarote Nightlife
One of the best things about Lanzarote is the all year-round sun and non-stop nightlife. The main areas for bars, discos and night clubs are in the capital Arrecife (along Jose Antonio Street in the centre) as well as the two largest tourist centres - Puerto del Carmen, around Avenida de las Playas (near the Waikiki Bar) or the city’s old port, and in Costa Teguise on the Avenida de las Islas Canarias near the Toca shopping centre (centro commercial Toca). Most bars are open all day every day until the early hours and beyond. Discos and nights clubs usually open around 11 pm and close around or 5/6am like in most other parts of Spain.
