Jazz en la Costa Festival Grenada
Another Jazz festival to soothe the mind whilst enjoying the delights of Grenada. Established in 1996, the Jazz en la Costa festival from 14-23 July is one of the most up and coming jazz events in Spain. Set in the spectacular settings of Almuñecar’s tropical Majuelo Park in the shadow of a Moorish castle, the events attracted around 12,000 people last year featuring a heady mix of jazz ranging from the traditional to fusion. Last year, the programme included names such as the Barbara Hendricks & Magnus Lindgren Quartet, the Mike Stern Band, Richard Bona and Jesús Alemany with Cubismo.
