Mediterranean Real Estate Expo
If you’re interested in buying property in Spain, don’t miss the 2006 Mediterranean Real Estate Exhibition (SIMed) from June 14th-18th. Originally planned for November, the event has been brought forward to coincide with peak property buying season in the area. It could be a great chance to pick up a bargain since Estate Agents will be offering visitors special offers on property at the event. The show will display a wide range of options for residential homes and land in the Costa del Sol and Mediterranean region bringing together property developers, intermediaries and customers interested in buying a second home. There will be more than 17,000m2 of exhibition space, with around 100 exhibitors and business representatives expected to attend from EU countries.
