Benagalbon Festival
The town of Erincon de Victoria in Málaga honours the Candelaria Virgin on 2 February with some of the most colourful celebrations continuing until the end of the week. After the reveille is sounded, a mass is held at noon before the the fair is officially inaugurated followed by the Candelaria Virgin and St. Joseph procession accompanied by the Málaga Fire Brigade band. Other events include the concert of La Costa orchestra, the “Queenof the Fiesta” competition, and a flamenco show.
