Marbella Alternative International Film Festival
Marbella will host its first International Film Festival from 8-10 September at the prestigious Puente Romano Hotel. Organised by New World Trust, the festival will feature Antonio Banderas as one of its main participants. Organised by the New World Trust, the festival is aimed at being “a tool for new young filmmakers to show their work in the context of an international event” where new technologies will reign supreme. Forget the silver screen, here you’ll get mobiles, virtual reality, digital platforms and other new media concepts. The festival will also include lectures, talks, dinners, galas and parallel activities to help bring together sponsors and artists.
