Primavera Sound Festival
The beginning of June sees one of the most popular indie-rock music festivals in Barcelona come to town - Primavera Sound. From 1-3 of June, musci lovers will be able to see a huge line-up of live acts and DJs around the Port Area which was redeveloped in 2004 for Forum Barcelona.
Highlights this year include Lou Reed, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Motorhead, Mogwai, The Brian Jonestown Massacre, Violent Femmes, Babyshambles, The Flaming Lips, Lambchop and Killing Joke plus various Spanish bands. Tickets can be purchased from the festival website or from various official ticket agents within Spain such as FNAC.
