Taste Granada through its tapas

Did you know that you could enjoy the best tapas on earth just for the price of a few beers? And, what it is even better, you can do it while you wander the Granada’s historic streets. The city still preserves the tradition of offering complimentary tapas as a side dish to every drink and there are specific areas of Granada where you can sample the art of tapas. So, you only need to find a nice apartment in Granada and you are all set for your culinary weekend.

You can start your route in El Realejo, the old Jewish quarter. The most important spot is Campo del Príncipe and the area around it. In calle Elvira (near the Cathedral) almost all its tiny bars offer a great selection of wines. The tour continues in Plaa Nueva. There, the Royal Chancery is a fantastic venue for trying some new tapas. But, that is only the beginning of your tour, which must stop at the squares of La Romanilla, La Pescadería, Bib-Rambla, Alhamar and Plaza de Toros in order to give you all the knwoledge that you need to become an expert in tapas.
