Prado Museum - The Palace of the Planet King

Visitors have until the end of the month to visit the Prado Museum in Madrid and see The Palace of the Planet King exhibition centered around Philip IV and the Buen Retiro. The collection focuses on the pictorial decoration of the Palacio del Buen Retiro with around around 70 paintings on display including, for the first time, a collection on Ancient Rome by artists such as Ribera and Giovanni Lanfranco. Another section also includes landscape paintings featuring works by Claude Lorraine and Poussin.
